Britney Spears wins VMA Award!
She opened up the show and it was a well done performance no nasty stuff, she did not sing. Dressed in a skin-tight silver sequin dress, Spears kicked off the big event .After 16 career nominations, meltdown later, Spears finally won her first with 'Piece of Me,' and later, a second for Best Pop Video.
